Fettuccine O. There are many different varieties of pasta. They are usually sorted by size, being long (pasta lunga), short (pasta corta), stuffed (ripiena), cooked in broth (pastina), stretched (strascinati) or in dumpling-like form (gnocchi/gnocchetti).

Best of all, you can add in more veggies as needed or swap out the spinach. Once it is tossed, garnish with the remaining parmesan cheese.
It also happens to be one of my kids' favorite dinner recipes.
Drain fettuccine; toss with chicken mixture.
Cook fettuccine according to the instructions on box, reserving a cup of pasta water to thicken the sauce, if needed. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in one tablespoon at a time, stirring constantly. Our recipe is a little untraditional (there's heavy cream) but it's just as easy.
